 Under no circumstances will any dog be allowed to schedule or "drop-by" until these forms have been completed and received by us, we also require a fax from your veterinarian showing proof of current immunization, forms can be faxed to 240-573-3525 once these documents are received you will receive a call from us to schedule the Initial Consultation with your puppy.

Have a special needs pet?  Administering medications is no problem, we are familiar with giving sub-Q fluids, IM medications and oral medications.
