Overnight guests receive day care included in their board and have someone with them 24 hours a day 7 days a week! Commercial Care just doesn't get any more personal or better than this! Playful Business Hours are Mon- Fri 6am-7pm Saturday 9 - 5 Sunday Noon - 6 (Sunday Hours are by By Appointment Only) or email playfulpup@pamperedpetssomd.com

Pampered Business Hours

We operate by appointment only, appointments can be made for the following days and times, special arrangements may be made with advance notice.

Monday – Friday: 9am - 6pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed

Day Care Hours are from 7AM - 7PM

Premiere Members enjoy our extended hours from 6AM - 9PM

Boarding: 1 Dog - $50/ day

      * 33% discount on each dog after 1^st with same owner.
   * For daycare & boarding only.

                    2 Dogs - $83.50/ day
                    3 Dogs - $117/ day

- Boarding fee is $50 per calendar day, regardless of time of check-in or check-out

Check-In Times

Current Members: Monday – Friday: 6am - 10am and 4pm-7:30pm

New Members will be given a scheduled appointment for both check-in and check-out, it is important that you keep your scheduled appointment time.

Check-Out Times

Current Members Monday – Friday: 3:30 - 7:30pm

Holiday Hours

The office is closed on New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
Memorial Day and Labor Day the office is open for pre arranged checkouts only from 3-6pm.
On Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, the office is only open between the hours of 9am-4pm. There is no checking in or out after 4pm. If the eve falls on a Sunday, the office is closed.

BOARDING
All Stays are Non-Kennel In Our Home, all stays are charged on a daily basis, with charges incurred for days of check-in and check-out regardless of time. All dogs that pass temperament screening have access to a full day of day care with appropriate play mates and there is no fee to administer medications, we do not charge additional day care fees or administer medication fees.
CAMP, DAY CARE & SPA
We require proof of vaccinations PRIOR to your pet's arrival for any services offered by PPSOMD:
Rabies, 1yr Distemper**, Bordetella

**We require current vaccinations, or current vaccination titers (valid for 1 year). 3 year distemper vaccinations are accepted but only if it is licensed and labeled 3 year by USDA. Please check with your veterinarian.
